Ann-Christin Hornberger, Commissioning Editor, ZDF/ARTE (Germany)

Ann-Christin Hornberger is a Commissioning Editor for ZDF/ARTE. She works for different ARTE documentary slots in prime time and late afternoon. She is especially interested in new topics for ARTE Entdeckung/Découverte, Wissenschaft/Science and Wunderwelten/Terres d’ailleurs. Many of the documentaries she commissioned have won prizes at international festivals. She looks for international co-productions and buys with a scientific and/or ethnographical approach, natural history and adventure. Before working as an editor, Ann-Christin Hornberger was the head of press/pr with 3sat. She is based in Mainz/Germany.
