The Hilton Florence Metropole is conveniently located only 4km from Florence International Airport and 20 minutes by free shuttle bus to the S.M.N. Train Station in the city centre. There will be regular shuttle service for Congress delegates during the event dates.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttle bus service will be provided along two routes, one connecting the Hilton Metropole to the S.M.N. Central Train Station, and one connecting the Hilton Garden Inn to the Hilton Metropole.

ROUTE #1: Shuttles will run along route #1 from Monday, December 1 to Thursday, December 4.

Route #1 shuttles will depart the Hilton Garden Inn (destined for the Hilton Metropole) at :00 and :20, beginning at 8:00. The last shuttle of the day will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 19:20.
Route #1 shuttles will depart the Hilton Metropole (destined for the Hilton Garden Inn) at :10 and :40, beginning at 8:10. The last shuttle of the day will depart the Hilton Metropole at 19:40.

ROUTE #2: Shuttles will run along route #2 from Tuesday, December 2 to Thursday, December 4.

Route #2 shuttles will depart the S.M.N Central Train Station (destined for the Hilton Metropole) at :50 and :10, beginning at 7:50. The last shuttle of the day will depart the S.M.N Central Train Station at 19:50.
Route #2 shuttles will depart the Hilton Metropole (destined for the S.M.N Central Train Station) at :20 and :40, beginning at 8:40. The last shuttle of the day will depart the Hilton Metropole at 19:40.

VIVA HOTEL GUESTS
The Viva Hotel Alexander Novoli is within walking distance of the Hilton Garden Inn, where delegates can access route #1 shuttles. The Viva Hotel Laurus Al Duomo is within walking distance of the S.M.N Central Train Station, where delegates can access route #2 shuttles.

ADDITIONAL SHUTTLE SERVICE
Additional shuttle service is provided by the Hilton Metropole, connecting the host hotel to the S.M.N. Central Train Station. Shuttles depart the Hilton Metropole in the morning at :00, from 8:00 until 12:00, and in the afternoon at :00, from 15:00 until 20:00. Shuttles depart the S.M.N Central Train Station in the morning at :30, from 8:30 until 12:30, and in the afternoon at :30, from 15:30 until 20:30.
