Robyn Smith, Associate Producer, Australian Documentaries (Australia)

Robyn Smith began her career at the ABC, working on programs such as Four Corners, before becoming a freelance researcher and writer. She has worked on a variety of programs from the AFI award winning docu-drama, Police State to the Gold Walkley winning radio program on Dr McBride and scientific fraud. Most recently, she worked on the Australian versions of Who Do You Think You Are and a two part series Baby Boomer to Bust on the impact of ageing on the world’s economies and health systems. She is currently working on a series of family biography programs for Screen Australia and the ABC. She has taught research at the Australian Film, Radio and Television School and the ABC and collaborated on a number of books.
