As always, the WCSFP will feature a number of invaluable networking opportunities and networking events.

The popular Close Encounters of the Funding Kind has evolved to include updates from distributors and investors as well as CEs. WCSFP 2010 will offer between 30 and 40 small group meetings with individual commissioning editors, distributors and investors, all of whom either commission science and history programs from independent producers outside their own territories or who provide significant funding or support. Designed to be intimate and interactive, the numbers will be strictly limited and will run on a first come first served basis.

Also in 2010, Speed Dating pitch meetings will see producers with projects in development team up with interested CEs and funders.
