2010 World Congress of Science & Factual Producers : Melbourne, Australia December 1-4

Paul Sen, Creative Director, Furnace TV (UK)

Paul is creative director of Furnace TV, a production company based in London. Paul considers turning the most demanding ideas in science into entertaining television something of a calling.

Examples of this include Light Fantastic, Atom and The Secret Life of Chaos all for BBC 4. Furnace is currently making two series for the BBC, one about genetics and one about physics, which are extremely ambitious about the ideas they tackle.
