About Us

The World Congress of Science and Factual Producers (WCSFP) is a member-run, not-for-profit organization, dedicated to celebrating the best in science and history programs and other related genres (known in the UK market as specialist factual programming). Most recently held in Dresden, Germany (2010); Melbourne, Australia (2009); Florence, Italy (2008); New York, USA (2007); Manchester, UK (2006), and Tokyo, Japan (2005), the Congress’ annual event has become a must-attend gathering for producers, broadcasters and distributors working in specialist factual television.

The World Congress of Science and Factual Producers will hold its 19th annual event from November 29 to December 2 in Paris, France, and will be generously hosted by leading French broadcaster France Télévisions. The event will take place at the Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel. Join your colleagues in one of the world’s most beloved cities.
