Hannah King, Researcher, BBC Lab UK (UK)
Hannah graduated from the University of Oxford in 2006 with a BA in Human Sciences. She returned to complete her Masters in Science Journalism at City University and now works on BBC Lab UK, a BBC website dedicated to mass participation experiments, which attract tens of thousands of participants. Hannah has lived in Malawi, Japan and New Zealand, teaching, studying and working (respectively). She spends much of her spare time filming and editing anything from news coverage for charities and web films for Bang Goes the Theory, to 48–hour film competitions. She recently worked on a successful pitch for a series of BBC2 science programs for five-year-olds to seven-year-olds.
