2015 Highlights

The 2015 World Congress of Science and Factual Producers welcomed over 650 members to Vienna, Austria, for four days of lively and informative sessions, invaluable networking opportunities and unforgettable social events.

• 655 members from 25 countries were welcomed to Vienna, Austria, for the 23rd annual WCSFP
• Austrian national public service ORF was the 2015 host broadcaster
• Producers and buyers took part in 231 one-on-one meetings at Speed Dating
• Members attended 25 sessions, including the annual What's the Buzz?
• 66% of attendees advanced projects in development
• 70% of attendees connected with new production partners
• Six members participated in the Emerging Producers Bursary Program and four in the Wellcome Trust Mentoring Program for Emerging Talent
